I'm Sorry!
I'm truly sorry to all my loyal readers, that I wasn't able to post yesterday. "BOTH of you" deserve an apology from me! I just, really couldn't.
The reason was, we didn't have internet for like two days. Yesterday, I was watching the classic movie "King Kong". No not the "re-make", the real deal made in 1933. (The one with that hottie "Fay Wray"). It had been a decade since I seen the thing, and I was quite enjoying watching it again.
Suddenly, without warning.. the video frooze. I asked Roxann (who was in the other room on her computer (see, we have his and hers computers here) if she had problems. This would quickly rule out or in some things as to what happened.
We found, both computers lost internet connection. It wasn't the movie site or anything. So she had to call them.
She couldn't get through, despite the fact "AT&T" boasts they have "24/7" support. They said (well a recorded bitch said) nobody was available.
Well we figured then, they must be having problems with the network. Probably down for some reason, too many calls to them. We went "calmly" without net access for the night.
In the morning, while I was sleeping.. Roxann called them. No, the network wasn't down, just we didn't pay the bill. That bill comes direct from her Debit account, well she got a payment late... so "AT&T" didn't get their money.
We never suspected this was the problem. Little did we know, NAZI's took over "AT&T". We didn't get no warnings, nuffin.. those bastards shut us off, without even giving a late notice. Jerks, we was only late 3 days... Hell, a 91 year old Michigan man (been all over the news) just recently died, because the "power company" shut him off. He frooze to death in his own home.. Just goes to show what this country is coming too...
I don't know, it could be part of our fault too. My family (like many other families) have decided to only "pay" bills we absolutely have too. It's called "BushEnomics"... I don't even read bills now, till I get a "knock" at my door... That's why I put up my new "mailbox". However, I really feel it's the "system" that screws the poor white man.. All because of color. I am just not "GREEN" enough for the real world..
