A Journey Into My Life

I know what your all thinking... "Perverts". No, I don't measure my "dick" in increments as I get hard. This blog will be about "drills".

In a normal show, I must have at least "4" cordless drill packs fully charges. In a busy show, I need about "6".

I'm gonna give my "review" on drills. Who better then me? I cut 30+ coins a day. My drill is going "constant" all through the day. I've used most "every drill" at one point or another. I have to buy new drills about every 6 months.

The BEST drills are "Dewalt", or Makita". I'll always say that. But they are on the "High End" of the price scale. I've had and used both alot. If your a "professional", and use it alot. Buy one of these.

Myself, I am a "professional", but I can't always buy the new "Makita". So I look for "good drills", that aren't so costly.

I have about "5" Black and Decker drills. All really SUCK, but they still work. I have "Black and Decker" in 7.2, 9.6, 14.4v. They won't hold the charge long, and they do NOT grab the small drill bits well. You have to constant, re-tighten. The power is so low, that it seems to take forever to drill a small hole in a coin.

When I am sitting at home, I always use my "Dewalt" (corded) drill. That sucker is like "gold" to me! I can drill a coin in a fraction of a second. The cordless take "minutes". Now it may not seem like much to you, but to me it is a HUGE deal. Especially when I got a line of people wanting custom things cut (which is frequent in fairs).

Yesterday, I bought a new 18v Black and Decker Drill. I knew I'd need it with the "others" for my busy shows. I wanted a new "Makita, Dewalt, Ryobi, or even the new "Kawasaki" drill. As luck would have it, I found the 18v "Black and Decker" on sale. Like a "third of the cost" of the others. I bought it. I didn't want it really, but I needed it. I choose the most "cost effective drill".

I've now had time to test it. I did another "30" coins today (drilling polishing all that with it?. I can say, for a FACT, this is the FIRST "Black and Decker" product I will support. It held the bits great, the power is incredible. It's just a cordless, but has near the power of my corded "Dewalt". I have to say, I am "very impressed"! Don't know what happened to the RnD in "Black and Decker", but it was good!!

Every single "cordless" drill I ever owned (whether Dewalt, Makita, Craftsman, etc..) you can hold the chuck, and "stop it complete. You can't with this one. I still don't know how long the charge lasts, and how long it has this power. But right now, I say "The Black and Decker 18v drill" is your best bet. For economy, strenght, and whatever else. I bought mine for $49.99. On sale from $69.99. If you want a GOOD drill, buy this one! Skip the 14.4 or any other they made. They suck. This doesn't!
