So many of our young folks at MyBloggerstown have taken up quilting... we have Mary, Catdancer and Marta I think. Anyway, I am about to put the finishing touches on my Christmas quilt for my youngest son and his bride.
I found some Christmas material with cats on them. Baxter has requested I that I make a mini quilt for his bud, good old Bunji. I will have to check out some measurements.

Home made gifts are just the best. Cindy, that is beautiful. I would love it and I'm sure the newlyweds will cherish it forever.
Very nice Cindy.Nice quilt and colors
Beautiful! You are zipping right along with finishing projects. I agree with nittineedles - it will be a family heirloom they will treasure. Pretty colors, too. That looks like the pattern you showed me only that one was in polished cottoon florals for spring, rightr?
I've always wanted to try my hand at quilting. I even bought some books about it but my knitting just takes up too much of my time. Maybe after October's granddaughter is born I'll try a wall hanging or some placemats. Your quilt will undoubtedly become a family heirloom.
Why you little stinker! What an amazing quilt! You know I am pea-green with envy that you have finished such a wonderful project. I must start on my first quilt. But, I'll think about that tomorrow.
That quilt is totally amazing! AJ
Wow! What a beautiful Christmas treasure and a gift that will warm their holidays, Cindy! And here's a chin scratch and a tummy kiss for Baxter!
