This just looks like my piano.
I inherited a piano 40 years ago and then it was moved 200 miles away. I have no idea of it's condition and don't know how to check it out. I'd hate to have it tuned before it's moved. Does anyone have any suggestions?
The ownership is complicated - let me just say my family is just as dysfunctional as any other.
I thought of hiring a tuner to go look at it and check it out but I'm wondering if I could check it myself? I don't play yet - a friend has agreed to teach me.
