Starbucks Going Down.

The End of our Civilization
SEATTLE — Starbucks Corp. has announced it's
closing 600 underperforming stores in the United States.
The Seattle-based premium coffee company also announced Tuesday it expects
to open fewer than 200 new company-operated stores in the United States
in fiscal 2009.
The company says it will try to place workers from closed stores in
remaining Starbucks.

The terrorists closed the Starbucks in Tel Aviv and I can’t
get out of the country. I feel depleted.

They lowered the price of the Brazilian blend from $5 to $1
and that was the beginning of the end. Why would anybody patronize Starbucks?
How can the neighbors be jealous when you can drink in Starbucks for a dollar?

I'm glad all those loyal customers were able to make the choice between gas/groceries or over-priced Starbucks. I wouldn't like to think of them spending their last $4.00 on a cuppa something from Starbucks.
