I'm gettin' out the old farm truck and heading in to town. Seems I've got a touch of the gout again and I need to pick up some medicine. I've been so careful about what I am eating, but this gout thing is becoming a big bother. Sometimes I think it is stress rather than food intake.

Gonna get some groceries, too. I hate to think what that will cost. I buy a lot of fresh veggies and fruits and since it is past the season in Oregon, everything is trucked in. Fresh stuff is sooooo expensive here and it isn't that good. I do miss living in California when it comes to buying produce. I will get me some of those great Washington State apples. Yuuummmm!!!!
