Because my hubby is a trucker, I live here alone most of the time with only the dogs to keep me company. It certainly gets lonely and I'm always glad when he is home to snuggle.
I've never noticed your blog title before... "Dancing In The Rain." I really like that title.
Goodmorning Draco. How is the weather on the Oregon Coast this morning? A bit foggy????
About those truck bombs.... disgusting... and JR thinks so, too. Nope, he doesn't use those bottles. He stops at rest stops and truck stops or... if he is out in no-man's land, he pulls off the road and "cools" a tire. The truck stops are really awful with those bottles thrown around and also, the truckers just piss out there doors or behind there trucks. It smells like a never cleaned urinal in those parking lots. I hate to walk in that stuff. YUCK!!!!! JR hates it, too, as it tracks back into the truck. Nope, he is a very clean trucker.
If I ever get to Indiana... I'll be sure to stop by and say, "hello." Congrats on the two years.
When I lived in Modesto, CA, I would go to the mall just to see who was there. It was a social event. Now.... I'm not driving to Klamath Falls to shop. Besides our choice of stores if very very sad. Most people in this area go to Medford.
I like football, but am getting in to watching more and more golf. It just seems more relaxing. Thanks for the info on "style."
We've had a little fog here, not much. One doesn't get much fog in the desert.
Oh My!!!! Another Modesto scandal. I googled it and found the article and also a blog. The first poster on the blog was named, Marianne. I'm sure glad I don't live in that town anymore. Someone might think it was me since I used to write articles for the Bee on occasion. I do have an opinion, but not as harsh as the "Marianne" on the blog. Thanks for posting this bit of news from my previous "hometown." Annie :o)
What fun!!!!! I love stuff like that.
Don't tell JR about the no sales tax in South Carolina... he'll be going gun shopping. I did ask him yesterday what he wanted for Christmas and I was shocked that he didn't ask for another gun. He said, he really didn't want anything. Well... I took that opportunity to jump in with my list.
I read your blog title and was sooooo happy for you. Then I read your blog. Sorry you are sick. Hope you are feeling better this Monday morning.
Wow!!!! That tree takes my breath away. It is beautiful. I'm still trying to decide whether or not to put up a tree. I think... what is the point. No one here except me to see it.
Have fun and shop until you drop.
If JR or myself lost our cell phone... well.... I just can't imagine it. Even though he is half way across the USA, we stay connected at the hip via cell. lol
Oregon.... 19th
I watched golf over the weekend from Indian Wells. That is such a beautiful setting. I was there once and didn't want to leave. I don't play golf, but I ate and ate and enjoyed the view.
