It is one of those ordinary days when life seems really boring. Let's face it, there are a lot of those days in everyone's life. Of course, for the person who has faced a serious illness and death, they have learned that every day is precious. So don't get me wrong, even though it is a boring ordinary day... it is still a precious day.
My grandson, Chance, is on his way to Portland today for his next-to-the-last chemo treatment. He was suppose to already have had that treatment, but they had to postpone it because his blood count was so low. He had a transfusion and now he is good to go. After almost a year of chemo and surgeries, he is glad to be seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. He hopes to start school in September.
Check out Chance's caringbridge site... he has some new pictures.

JR is in Southern CA getting a load of whatever and will be heading up north. I guess he will drop by here for a few hours or a day. I sure hate this job he has and that he is never home. Sad :o(
I'm still not sleeping at night. Anxiety is a constant for me as I'm still going through medication withdrawels. I am happy to tell you that it is getting better and my back is a lot better these days!!!!
I posted a fall picture at the top as fall has sorta come to our area. We still have days that feel like summer, but the nights are getting quite chilly. It does feel like back-to-school weather.
Hope all is well with all of you. My blog friends are soooo very important to me and I love ya all.
