I've got big problems here on the ranch this morning. A cow has been trying to calve since yesterday and still no calf this morning. I've called for help. JR's son is coming out from Klamath Falls to help me get this old girl in the corral. She is a tough customer and she already tried to take me on this morning. Good thing I had my cattle switch. I can't blame her, she is in a baaaaad mood.

Well, just got off the phone with the veterinarian and he is scheduled to come over at noon or sooner. The roads are bad this morning and so JR's son has a long trip out to the ranch. And... no telling how long it will take to get the cow up to the corral.

I hate days like this!!!!!
