You'll be ready for the next power outage. The haircutting comb wouldn't be as much fun in the dark, so you need all those lights.

Not really--I can't find a 10" battery operated fan anywhere--not even on teh Internet--seems they are all out of them!

The battery-powered lamps and radio, why not. The power goes off here more than I like. Also, I could use a slicer. Why, are you questioning your past purchases?
