The snow finally stopped and today the sun it out. It was cold enough overnight that the river started to freeze again.
What looks like mist or fog is fine snow blowing off the trees.
Look at these fox tracks - he seems to have taken a leap as he crossed the yard.

I saw a woodpecker today. That's about it.
A half hour south of us (which is the way we measure distance where I live) they got 6 inches of snow. An hour and a half south of us they got 18 inches of snow. We got two flurries.
These river pictures are gorgeous.
If I had to walk in snow in my bare feet I'd be leaping around too.
And we are breaking records with temps in the mid 80s!!!!
