Happy Birthday to Dear knitty Marg. I'll always remember your birthday because it's the same day and month that my mother was born. Happy for you it wasn't the same year.

I love this cake because it makes me think of 'cake blindness.' Inside that frosting is a lovely, delicate spice cake because that's what I'm craving right now. Unless you like chocolate, then that's what it is.

Carrot cake is one of my favorites. Try the decadent carrot cake mix by
Duncan Hines. It is great. I am so glad you had a nice birthday.
