There's no bridge: they'll drive in the river and then up the riverbank to get around the bridge, like a Sherman tank. It's very exciting, as if someone just handed me $100,000.
Today's newspaper announced that the main highway might be open by Thanksgiving, a week earlier than projected. They estimate it has cost $15 million per mile to rebuild just our highway, and for the three major flood recovery projects, at least $450 million.
