The Scottish games are coming to my town here in Colorado. Note the underwear. I've suspected guys in kilts have been doing this for years. Of course, he doesn't represent ALL the guys in kilts!

Yes, I thought they weren't supposed to wear underwear, but think it's a good idea for the participants of the games like this guy. How about that guy in the background not sitting in a very lady-like manner?
