My sis and law and her partner live in NJ and they still don't have power. She says they are dressing warm and trying to weather it out. I did the hurricanes of 2004 in the heat not in the cold. None of it was good. Anyway,I love November. It's my older sons birthday month and Thanksgiving one of my favorite holidays of the year!!!
Not a fan of either candidate, but Nancy, the economy is not getting better here in Florida. Lots of people out of work. I have students whose parents have given up looking. We're in a bad way. Personally I'm not sure there is any President that could help at this point. It's just going to take time. That's all we can do. Whoever wins, it will take time.

As one who has been through many storms, expect the best but be prepared for the worst. Candles flashlights food hat can be eaten without cooking charcoal if you have to have breakfast on the grill, which we did during one hurricane. It was delicious by the way. Anyway, be ready and have batteries for your radio. It's all good! I've lived through three in one year. You'll make it.
