Went to Spain -- had an incredible time. Ate tapas and drank the best Sangria I've ever had (just a little). Found out what a real Spanish omelet is. (Don't be fooled by the Americanized version). Enjoyed flamenco which is so much more than what Americans think it is. Met some amazing people and saw a little Europe. Going back but this time to London in March. Can't wait. Taking 20 travelers with me. Most of whom are students and chaperones, of course.
Went to Boston and met up with my cousin who flew in from Seattle just to hang out with me for a couple of days. Had an incredible time. Ate so much seafood and really enjoyed the history of the place.
Getting ready for Hanukkah this year. Tomorrow is roasted chicken, latkes and cinnamon applesauce and roasted broccoli. YUM!
Thursday is turkey breast, and all the gluten free stuffing and bread we can have, plus two gluten free pies , potatoes, sweet potatoes, Italian greenbeans, gravy. Yum again.
Then it will be back to the gym. I will be working out tomorrow a.m. as well. Need to build up stamina for London. Let me know how everyone is doing. I'm not neglecting you, I'm just sooooo busy. Talk to you soon, I sincerely hope!
