I'm so bad about this now. Dumb, right? Well, school started and I've been non stop busy ever since. I was moved out of my old moldy room (they are renovating the school) into a fabulous new building with a giant gorgeous room, a closet the size of my living room, surround sound, a smart board, an overhead projector and a document projector and real computer set ups for 15 computers. I'm getting all new 24 inch computers in October and a new desk. Okay, the new desk is long overdue. The desk I'm in is a sort of student desk with only 3 drawers and no space to put anything. Anyway, I'm currently in teacher heaven. It's awesome to walk to my door and there is a metal engraved placque that says "Journalism". So cool! Love this. Anyway, I have great kids this year and I'm loving my last few years of teaching...except for the "hoops" we have to go through with the evaluation system...all is well.

Also, I'm going to Madrid in a week and a half. (I'm so excited I can't stand it) and I'm going to London with students in March. Two outstanding trips and I'm finally seeing some of the world.

Dogs are good. Cat is good. Everybody just got a bath. I'm finally done with chores and just kicking back having a beverage and watching football.
