Sometimes being the 'bigger person' is the most difficult thing you can do. I know first hand from an experience with my brother when my mother was in the hospital dieing. I was proud of myself then and you should be very proud of your daughter now!

I can beat you on the motel room... A group of us got stuck in Bel Air Ohio several years ago..we found the only motel we could. It was called the '7 INN'... You have seen Psyco...right???...LOL.... We actually put the chair aginst the door cos we were afraid that we would be murderd in the middle of the night...it is a standing joke now about how we survived that night.

I once had someone tell me there are people who dont like people for very simple reasons...dont like the color or their hair...dont like people who wear glasses or wear the color red. In other words...there is no real reason they dont like you..it just is what it is, and it cant be changed. With that said..if I were you, I would not avoid family functions that this person would be at..who is he or she to drive you away from being with your family!! When in these situations, make yourself larger than he or she and dont let them over power your presence..You are as important as they are ..if not more important!!

You will LOVE the pedicure!! I get them several times during the summer..but cant afford one yet this year cos all my money is going to gas for my car..lol But the pampering is great and your feet will feel and look great too! Enjoy!
don't know who 'K' is, nor do I want to know who she is.. To be honest, I don't really know what your situation is other than you have a challenge in every day life. Something that these small minded people need to remember, no matter how 'perfect' we think we are..we ALL have some sort of a challenge...be it physical, emotional or spiritual. What kills me is the fact that there are a lot of people out there who think they are perfect, and the truth of the matter is they have a bigger challenge in life than you do....mostly because of their single vision small minded lives they are leading. They need an awakening to what real life is all about...and they need to realize that people are who they are inside...not on the outside. All I can say is #### em' Don...you don't need them, you have what you need and she lives in Canada. In my mind...that is perfect...and you are as well!!
