So Al Gore and wife Tipper are separated--and so far the media has been tight lipped as to why. Gee, I'm gonna have to suscribe to a tabloid again to keep up on speculations as to why. And,

On Bill Maher's show he said that there is a tape going around showing John Edwards going down on mistress Rielle Hunter, when she was six months pregnant--what?? Does anybody have sex anymore without being filmed? And,

Old news--Larry King is getting divorced from his wife Shaun because he was getting it on with Shaun's sister, while the wife was having an affair too...And,

Saw Fergie the Dutchess of York on Oprah yesterday. Fergie was caught, as you know, in a hotel room getting a suitcase full of money, about $40,000 from some guys who paid her for access to her ex hubby, Prince Andrew. (BTW, Andrew is the best looking of the Queen's children, and seems to be the most real and down to earth.) Oprah asked why Fergie would even consider doing such a thing, to which the Dutchess said she was so deep in debt she would have to go into bankruptcy. When asked how deep in debt she was, Fergie wouldn't commit to an answer, but said it was a lot.

She said when she divorced Andrew, to keep peace in the royal family she settled for $20,000 a year to live on, which is not nearly enough to finance the lifestyle people expect of a Dutchess. She praised her ex as being the best guy in the world and said the Queen is a fantastic grandmother.

She's always had to work to support herdelf; working as spokesperson for Weight Watchers for years. The problem with Fergie is that she seems to know how to make money, but has no idea of how to manage it. One thing I like about her is that she does take responsibility for her actions which is more than most royals or anybody else does, for that matter. And,

After Floyd Gaines went to the press saying Lance Armstrong doped up for Tour de France races, Armstrong fell off his bike in a race in Texas and injured his shoulder (there was a photo in the paper.) Mysteriously, after that not a word about Armstrong, except his denial. Oh c'mon Lance you know you spiced it up to win.
