Jason Stackhouse is at The Fellowship Of The Sun Bible Camp (the vampire haters club) and is being harassed by jealous attendees because he is a favorite of the preacher and his wife, Sara. She is a sexy blond and is making come-ons to Jason. She even moves him into their home.

Jason is such a dumb bunny he is comical--he gets his Bible stories mixed up, and at lunch some guys are talking about Lazarus, and Jason pipes up-- Well he rose from the dead, and Jesus too, are they vampires?

Bill throws Hoyt out of his house after he finds Jessica kissing him. Jessica says--I never even kissed a boy before I was made vampire, I could just have done nothing but kiss him (Hoyt) all night. Bill says to Hoyt--I'm not trying to protect HER--I'm trying to protect YOU as he throws him out.
But it's clear this star crossed couple like each other.

Tara tells Mary Ann she's moving in with Sookie Stackhouse, her lifelong friend. Mary Ann hides her displeasure at that fact. Tara moves in, then Mary Ann and her spooky butler and Eggs show up at Sookie's with a cake and presents for Tara's 26th birthday. A crowd shows up, people Tara doesn't know, and Mary Ann goes into the shadows and casts a spell and vibrates to increase its power and soon another orgy is on; sex and eating and drinking into insensibility.

Tara's mother had given Sam Merlott a gift to give to Tara--he goes to Sookie's place and finds the wild party. Daphne, with the scratches on her back, comes on to him and whispers in his ear "I know what you are."

Sookie is not around--she and Bill and Jessica have flown to Dallas to help Eric find a powerful old vampire who has gone missing. They are met by a limo driver--Sookie reads his mind and knows he's there to abduct them. Bill "glamours" the driver and finds out The Fellowship Of The Sun had wanted them taken captive.

Meanwhile, Tara visits the traumatized Lafayette who is holed up with his gunshot leg at home, but refuses help from her. Eric goes to Lafayette's house and tells him to drink blood offered from his wrist in order to heal his nearly gangrenous leg. Lafayette does so, and is healed immediately and is horny and frisky again.

Meanwhile Detective Andy Bellfleur is snooping around about the pig Tara saw in the road the night she wrecked her car. He tells the sheriff he saw a pig in a dollhouse at Mary Ann's--The sheriff thinks he's drinking too much and takes away his badge. (The pig is Mary Ann's go-to form as a shapeshifter--of course no one knows that.) At autopsy, the dead woman Bellfleur discovered in his car is found to have those long scratches on her back. No one can figure it out.

In Dallas, Bill and Eric confer on how to locate the missing vampire. Upstairs, Jessica has called an escort service for vampires, and a straight hunk with B+ blood shows up. The guy who accompanies the escort read Sookie's mind--and she read his. Astonished, she runs calling after him as he flees.
