Yesterday a TV personality with a religious bent was talking about Obama, saying "his mother was a hippie who dragged him all over Indonesia and abandoned him twice, to be raised by her parents." Then scornfully, "he's never even held a job!"
It wouldn't matter if Obama could prove a virgin birth and had a halo over his head, some people will never accept him.
This morning on a radio talk show, the host (also a religious type)mourned and sounded as if he were gonna cry as he talked about losing Dubya as president. I'm surprised there wasn't funeral music in the background. It doesn't matter that Dubya was a devious but incompetent, ignorant blowhard, an alcoholic nincompoop who left this country in shambles. What's wrong with these people??
But at last GW Bush is out the door--Hey Georgie, hope the door hit you in the ass on the way out.
