3) Using poor judgement, such as wearing several layers of clothing in hot weather.
4) Misplacing things by putting them in unusual places, such as placing keys in the refrigerator.
5) Experiencing changes in personality, such as becoming abnormally suspicious, fearful, or confused.
6) Finding it difficult to plan or complete everyday tasks, such as making a phone call.
7) Becoming disoriented in time and space, such as becoming lost in one's own neighborhood and not knowing how to get home.
8) Losing the ability to complete complex mental tasks, such as balancing a checkbook.
9) Experiencing changes in mood or behavior especially rapid swings in mood ( such as anger to tears) for no reason.
10) Losing all initiative, such as watching TV for hours, sleeping longer than usual or not wanting to engage in usual activities.
