One of my favorite foods has always been mashed potatoes and gravy. I don't remember eating it much as a kid. I guess we mainly had it at Thanksgiving. We ate a lot of potatoes, but I remember my mom would make fried potatoes. And, we had the fried potatoes with hamburgers. Her hamburgers were really good. I guess she didn't use 4% fat the way I do. Mine are drier unless I make them as she did, with some grated potatoes in them. I think she used the potatoes to make more, instead of to make them not so dry, but I learned to put potatoes (plus grated carrots, plus grated celery, plus grated onions) in my hamburgers (if I didn't want them too dry). Well, I was looking at the "How to" videos and I found these. I'm putting them on because they're kind of funny. I laughed. Maybe you will, too. Then again, maybe you won't.

I think I have these backwards, but I don't want to cut and paste to make it right. It's too nice a day outside.
By the way, for Cindy:
I like "History" because it has a whole book. Click on it in the far left column. Well, first click on "About" in the tabs on top.
