Happy New Year, K-dawg! Sorry about the pho. I've had pho before and I doubt even the broth is truly veggie based. But it would be so easy for you to make it at home and make sure it is pure veggie. Lemongrass goes really well in pho. Happy New Year and may it bring you many more happy memories - like the ones you kinda remember from the pub.

Hmmm, date night can be anything you go out to do together: dinner, movies, going out to see live music, bowling, mini golf, museums, art exhibits, evening stroll, stay in and order pizza, etc. Whatever you two like to do together is perfect for your date night. Nothing wrong with going to your fav pub and playing trivia.

I understand being tired of moving. That's why I've stuck to my current place like glue... of course 10 years later, I'm sick of this place. LOL! Crossing fingers a single family place opens up for you two quickly. I know SB will be sad when you move to WI, but I hope it happens as planned.
