Oh! Have you tried making his potato with reduced fat cheese and morning star tofu bacon? Maybe just making small changes to the foods he likes will be a good place to start!
Hmmm... tough one. On Food Network there's a weekend show titled Healthy Appetite with Ellie Krieger and she has some fantastic ideas on making everyday meals in a healthier style. You can cruise the Food Network site for her recipes. Good Luck!
Just what you needed this morning! Hope it helps you fight the good fight!
Definitely take baby steps. I still have a little chocolate everyday.
Sounds like a great weekend! I love that you either hit the bulls or nothing!!! Such a metaphor for life with R being a bullseye!!!
Love it! I go to a cheap place where they don't shampoo or style. I miss the shampoo part but it's nice not seeing how she would style my hair.
Thanks for sharing the meeting. Glad you two got to talk about some of your previous problems and that you are taking it slowly if not at all. It's wise not to jump back into anything even just for something physical.
Love Happy Bunny! I was given a set of shot glasses because I sometimes hide my true feelings behind a fake smile.
LOL! I know it's not a date but I bet he's still thinking it's kinda a date.
Enjoy your icy 3-day weekend! Score! And :sniff:sniff: I'm SO PROUD of you and your treadmill use. And that smoothie sounds yummy!
I hope you get your dream!
And I can't wait to hear about your "date" with Navy D!
I have two words for you ... Arnica Montana... it's an homeopathic remedy for inflammation. Normally I would scoff at something like this but it works. It's also good for healing bruises. You can find it in most health food stores like Whole Foods. It comes in pills and gels. My right hip hurts too.
welcome to gr-easy!
See, again you are lucky! Glad you and Kraymer head are okay and unscathed.
