This morning I was awakened NOT by the alarm but by a soreness I felt in my right hip. That's right. My right hip ached and was SO stiff, that I was barely able to get out of bed and into the shower where I stood like a 90 year old hunched over with hot water hitting the soreness.

All is good now, but I tell you! How fucking old am I??

On top of that, I had a cap put on my back tooth a month ago and it's been KILLING me - shooting (and I mean like a fucking gun going off in my head) pain anytime something cold or cool hits it. It's getting fucking old!

At least I don't have cramps today.
