Sorry Jondude, about Kim. We all do foolish things in our lives. I'm constantly doing that with the men I choose. I follow my heart way too often and my heart is obviously blind.
hang in there! at least you have a vacation coming up!
Funny how we remember the passing what-ifs in our lives. Can I ask, what happened?
Thanks, Kristy! I can run a mile no problem, it's the other five that I'm struggling with.
Yes, I now read the nutritional labels on everything. It's shocking sometimes! Like Kissy said, start small and build healthy habits that you will stick with! Good Luck, Sweetheart. I know you can find a healthy relationship with food.
Food is definitely a huge issue for most of us. I know I struggle with food and I'm still doing a food diary a year later to keep me on track. The only diet that has ever worked for me is counting my calories and allowing certain foods in moderation... like pizza once a month and a little milk or dark chocolate every day so I won't binge on even more unhealthy foods.
You are brave to write this and I know that many people will relate to it. I have people close to me that have suffered through anorexia and bulimia as a result I refused to "diet" for years and really didn't have to till I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I was happy at 155 but my thyroid causes my weight to jump and I was tipping the scales at 190 and was forced to pay attention to my food.
Food = Life
Just make sure you are healthy and happy! That is very important.
Sarge and Rigby are good. They're just not as much fun to blog about now that they are full grown kitty cats. But Sarge is still a crack up and an attention wh0re. They dislike my workout schedule because I'm not home much. But once I'm home they settle down and ignore me again. Too funny
wow, what an experience.
Yay, a great weekend and Spike ended up okay. I read SB's blog over the weekend. Scary stuff. Glad that Sarge doesn't eat random objects - he just likes to chew on paper.
hope you and spiker recover and recoup this weekend!
perfectly normal... like strider said, dream on, Kristy, dream on!
Oh, man that cracked me up!
I so don't remember that you had cruises back to back, lucky girl!!!
This has got to be your biggest clockwatching day - of your life! Congrats!
Yes, the Bahamas Anniversary Cruise is New News. And you tell us now? Ya don't need the gym, you have a treadmill and Fit TV. Seriously look into picking up the DVD: Turbo Jam Booty Sculpt and Abs on ebay or something. It will kick your butt everytime you do it and it's only 30 min. It's like boot camp but a lot more fun!
