It's a lot of fun to dress in costumes such as those. Makes me want to look up "steampunk" for next Halloween or the next costume party I go to. Thom's friends love to dress up.

I got the "Hallmark Holiday BS" speech from Thom but I smiled big at him and said I still like the xmas spirit. I think the spirit, deep down, is wonderful I just have to ignore the glossy over-coating of commercialism that has been applied year after year.

I likey! You are gonna love all that space. I don't know how you would get any sleep with two dogs on the bed. Thom lets his pitt sleep in his queen sized bed and I barely get any sleep when I'm there cause the dog is a bed hog. LOL

I have those days! And I'm having the - it's getting too busy, when will I get to take a break blues. I guess I took my break but a week at my parents is not the same as a day on the couch curled up in a blanket watching chick flicks till I pass out with a box of pizza on the coffee table. LOL

Maybe I'll do that after the Marathon on Sunday! I have hope.

And I hope you can find a ray of sunshine in your immediate future. I know that R is not enough to keep you happy. No one person is. Maybe you need to do that volunteer pet adoption thing again!

But I hear ya, I put on a couple pounds from training during Thanksgiving. I ate too much pie.
