Bevan wants to play golf at Pebble Beach, and Holly wants to take the girls out to see the whales, which are fairly common in the Monterrey region in the Spring. Whale-watching boats take tourists out to see killer whales breach,as this one is doing in the Monterrey Bay.

Holly got seasick on a very small boat that we took to see the alligators in the swamps of Louisiana, and that was before we left the dock!  However, she plans to be prepared this time with anti-nausea medication, so hopefully, she will do better.
Kenzie and Bailey don't know how lucky they are.  They have been to Disneyworld twice, have swum in the ocean in both Florida and Hawaii, have been to the Cape to see a shuttle launch, have been to San Antonio several times, have been to Dollywood...and I'm sure I am forgetting some places.  In fact, they spent three days in San Antonio just before Christmas.  It is so lovely, but especially at Christmas.

Holly has to travel a lot; but she makes it up to the family with fabulous adventures at least twice a year.
