Aloha,

My cousin from Montana moved here to Honolulu with my husband and I on December 29, 2007. She is very home sick and now wants to move back home. We really are enjoying having her here and would love for her to stay and really enjoy & explore more of Hawai'i!! We think living here will be an amazing experience for her and hope she changes her mind. We will totally understand if she doesn't change her mind but will be disappointed if she doesn't!!

Anyways sorry just needed that off my chest. Just needed to speak this to the universe and hope it puts good vibrations out their that will encourage here to stay!

Homesickness is rough though. Hopefully your cousin and her husband can take a mini-vaca like Martin suggested to get it out of their system.

When I first moved to AZ I was VERY homesick for California and my ocean. A few trips back reminded me of wht we left...smog, traffic, smog. I still need a CA fix a coupla times a year, but this is home now

Maybe she needs a trip for a week or two (and make sure there is a snow storm!) to get over the 'homesickness'--has that possibility been raised?
