2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup cold water

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees & grease baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
Mix together flour & cornmeal.
Add apples, egg, pumpkin, brown sugar & water.
Flour your work surface and roll out dough.
Cut your cookies and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 35 minutes. Turn off oven and leave cookies in the oven for another 35-45 minutes to let them crisp.
Store in airtight container.

Well glad Kraymer liked them. I just bought a book of other dog treats to make so as I test them out with Sky, I'll begin to post more. ENJOY!

They sound really good! I used to make dog biscuits for that friendly fox that came here all the time. We have a new fox, but after the cat chased him the mountain one day, now he only shows up after dark.

Well Sky just loved them so I assume they are great. David did try one and said it wasn't too bad. I bought a book of different dog treat recipes so I'm sure you'll see more from me soon!
