Yes they need to work on news casts and making sure they are either interpreted or something. I know here in Hawaii they have a great network and they email/text each other in the event of a tsunami or other disaster. However if a tsunami happens at night I know of several people who wouldn't notice their phone going off in the middle of the night...important to have back up plans.

so much anger and unrest....so sorry you are dealing with this. Sending lots of aloha your way. I have a real hard time with people who don't try to work on themselves and improve who they are. Everyone is wonderful and great but there is always room for improvement.
