One of my favorites is when they show the Deleted Scenes in the bonus material. I like to watch those before the movie because it seems like they usually add a lot to my understanding of what is going on when we come to that part. Movies nowadays are on such tight time restraints the story gets lost.

Yes it sure helps with the understanding. I also love when they show the CG mistakes and stuff....that's funny
