As of December, I am now Doctor Bill. With the new year and January, I am full time teaching Algebra I and II, and Intro-Calculus, and one class of Molecular Physics - my specialty. But, I still can not hit just one typing key at a time with my fat fingers.

And here I thought I could ask you about the growth on my toe.
Still. Congratulations. We need more oldfatdoctorguys...
Very cool former job. My other friend who teaches that stuff now is a retired Astrophysicist. He worked many years ago at Chicago's Adler Planetarium until the prospect of filthy lucre lured him into the corporate world. There was no way the Planetarium was ever going to give him that quarter-million dollar bonus. Now he follows his heart into teaching.
Congratulations, Dr. Bill!
Some days it seems I hit two keys at a time, every time. Those are the days I read.
I have a friend who taught University calculus for years... I forget how many times I asked him to give me one practical use of the wretched discipline... but he seems as confused as his students. Apart from calculating the trajectory of space ships, what's the use? Ah, the mind-bending agony.
Congrats!!!I never could wrap my head around Calculus, I was passing with Cs until they started going backwards with Integrals. Went from averaging in the 70s to the 30s..LOL But that was in High school, AP Calculus course, so I got one semester of it before I had to drop. Of course, I never tried the test.
Still. Congratulations. We need more oldfatdoctorguys...
