A great many of my friends yesterday and today are discussing a recent television show regarding the undoing of, and correction of the extreme amount of false, distorted, and / or outright lies that are printed in our nations textbooks; and yes, the amount is most plentiful. This program was based upon the problems encountered by one faction within the Odessa Texas school board, and their fight against the political correctness faction, who wanted to use “modern” amended, changed; or just rewrite truthful and actual events as they really did occur and happen, in the name of “inclusionism” or “feelgoodism” or whatever other stupid ulterior motive their feeble little minds may be conjuring up at this time, so as not to offend anyone with reality.
It is said that history is written by the victors, which for the most part is probably correct. But today, conversely, in the democrat party bastions of the “no real ‘education’ being provided” academic world, history is being completely rewritten by the losers. No one can change what did happen, only change how it is reported upon and learned.
