My neighbors on the left side are having a yard sale. It is all their mother-in-law's things. They have a lot of good collect ables. If I were younger, I would buy all the lovely tin ware and save it or take it to an Antique shop. I wonder if they have an old fashioned carrot shredder? Should ask. Our sweet person, who comes in daily, needs one to make carrot salad for us. I don't have one - guess my gkids, who moved me decided I didn't need one. Ha!!

We are having little misty rain once in a while. This has been going on daily for a couple of days. It should be good for my plants. NOTICE111 I have 14 tiny tomatoes on 3 plants. I am so surprised. The squirrels have not bothered them yet.

The IRS notified me that I had not filed a 2008 income tax. Remember the fire that the suicide pilot caused in Austin last year? Evidently it destroyeed more than they admitted. I did file - e-file. What a lovely surprise yesterday, when I had been on the phone most of the day trying to get a problem solved with my6 e-mail acct. Maybe God thinks my life has been a bit too calm these days. No, I don't really mean that. It was the Devil who did it. Ha!!

A new 2008 tax return went into the mail today. Why couldn't they have been honest and told me that it was destroyed? Gives me another view of the IRS. And I was trying to think better of them.
