Went to the services this a.m. and heard a good lesson that should apply to me and all those who were in the audience.

Then home to eat lunch. After while, I just had to go to the shopping center. Bought a few crystal beads, then to Marshal's. I sometime find a good shoe buy in their store. But today, wasn't so lucky. Paid full price for a pair of brown flats. (I didn't have any that color and find my closet is getting pretty full of brown things.). After this, I was so sore from walking that I went home and got in my nice lounger chair. I am about to wear it out.

Later did my exercises and that made me sore again. But I WILL continue to do them - The therapist says they will help.

Later #1 son came by and brought his dogs. All five dogs got in laps or on the couch and went to sleep. I said "Leave the sleeping dogs lie". Now wasn't that clever? No? After all, I am 86 now.

I am writing this on Monday - had a good nights sleep and got up pretty frisky. Can't do the rumba yet, but maybe the waltz. Just kidding. I am creeping around like an old dog with a sore tail.

Having been thinking about my cousin who went on before and wish she was still here. I need to visit her. We always had a good visit.

It is cold here today - not like you guys in the north, but cold for us.
