Fell while carrying out the little chihuahua to the backyard yesterday. Forgot to pick up my foot, Ha!!, and stumped my big toe on the deck. I did lots of aerobics, before finally hitting the dick. But I did not hurt the dog. I have a skinned big toe and tore my right arm up very "good" or badly. Finally came to rest on the chase, which folded up. So, I did have a soft surface to put my knees on to get up.

To top that, had to take sister for her blood work, and she couldn't walk. So, I had to push her on her walker and it wasn't easy. We had planned to go out for breakfast, but I was just toooo tired to help her into the restaurant and out. So we came on home and I prepared breakfast. Then, to my bed with the heating pad until lunch.

But today, I feel back to normal. Thank God. I need to go to the store for a few things today. Am out of bananas and my protein bars. I am trying to raise my protein, so I do need them.

Sewed some last week and have a new dress for my efforts. It is very cute - you men don't understand cute, but the ladies do.

My son, John is leaving for Prague Wednesday. I didn't knolw he had customers there. Then, he will make his calls in the other places in Europe. Will be gone until next Thursday.
