Can I be grumpy too? Got up this a.m. and planned to go to Sunday services, and found that the pain was too severe to walk. This is my first bout will extreme pain - even having 3 boys didn't equal this, so I am about ready to cry - if I could. One of my medications won't let me.

Hallelujah, only four more days until this is over. I feel so guilty saying that as one of my sweet dils and one great grand dils are trying so hard to make this a good Christmas for my sister and me. In reality, we would just as soon sleep through the days. Shut my mouth, I bad!!

You'all know that I am a southern belle too. I was born in Texas, but grew up in the eastern part of the state, where all the settlers came from Alabama and Mississippi. I am responsible for the lunches here and have been falling down on my duties since my last fall. My pain is so severe, I just do the least I can. The pain medicine doesn't help nerve pain, so I just "O Me a lot".

Way down in Houston, we got some of your artic air. It got down to 34 here at my house. That is cold in the south eastern part of Texas. Love your pictures. You are a talented knitter. Wish my hands would allow me to do it again. May try when the sprinted wrist gets well I fell on the right hand and it is soooo sore.
