Thought I would give a new description to Monday, instead of Blue Monday.

Easter was good. Went to my grandson and his wife's home and had a good day. It started off pretty stormy. Just about the middle of church services a bad storm hit and it rained so very hard. As I left, My long skirt got soaked and I had to change clothes before going to gs' house.

Then the sun came out and it was a beautiful day. That's Texas weather for you. We could go outside and sit on the patio. The gdaughter's mother was helping her oldest grand hunt for Easter eggs by the pool and lost her balance and fell in. They had not cleaned it for summer yet and it was gross.
Lana had to come out and put on Mike's clothes and put hers in the dryer. Made a good day better. Ha!!, except for her. She could have been hurt as she fell near the steps.

Today is beautiful, a bit cool for me, it is 71 inside and the air conditioning hasn't come on yet. I really could use a sweater - or one of my cashmere shawls. Ha!!

Granddaughter Rachel and her family, husband DR. brian and little ones - Bela and Isha will be here tomorrow. I want to take Bela to the library as she is only used to lots of books being written in German. She loves books and will be so excited.

Don't know where Brian will go to do research from Leipzig. No one has asked yet --- but grandma will. Ha!! He has been going to school ever since they have been married.

Maybe Tuesday night, I will take all my HOuston gkids out to eat, so they can visit with our visitors from Germany. Since I didn't have to pay so much for income tax, I think I may be able to afford it. They are an expensive group. Ha!!

My grandkids have had a good laugh on my being on facebook. ONe said I was too old, so I posted a picture when I was 17. Ha!!

Hope all of you have a good week. I will have a busy busy few days with grandkids and great grands. Hope they don't get me down.
