So, I am trying to think of something interesting to post about today, and I have to say that there really hasn't been too much happening. It was a good day, but nothing really great happened.

Overall, it was a day that flew by. We are working on fine-tuning the way we do a few things at work so we are adjusting responsibilities between some of the departments. I would love to go into more detail about this, but I have a feeling that most of you could care less.

Probably, the biggest result is that there is some grumbling going on in relation to the changes. I am not sure if that is because people think the changes are really bad or if it is the usual concerns we all get when we have to deal with change.

On Friday, there is a meeting for the staff of the cirulation department. That is the part of the staff that works mostly checking items in and out. A lot of the changes affect that department so I have a feeling that things will come up since this is the first week since the adjustment. It should show how people really feel about them. I have been told I can go if I am interested, but I am not sure how much I want to be there or even if I should be there. It is not my department, but I definitely jump in on the desk whenever they need it.

On a bright note, I personally think the changes might make things better. They really do a great job in addressing some of the weaknesses we had in the system.

I guess I was able to come up with something to talk about.
