Thanks to everyone for their kind and generous wishes. Ray is stable. He has some "laziness" on his left side, and his equilibrium is off, but he seems to be doing quite well. The doctors keep saying that with rehab, he should be able to work back to his normal self or near-normal self. He has actually shown some strong strides in just a day.
On My Own is the best song in this play. LOL!
Enjoy. I saw this in Providence and loved it!
Christiane Amanpour interviewed him on Sunday on "This Week with CA." I was really impressed with how calm he was. He mentioned that he had a lot of EMT training, and he ended up falling into that mindset as he tried to treat her with whatever he could. It sounds like there are a lot of little stories about heroes at the event, including some of those who died. They are all starting to come out now.
Good advice!
You find the cutest pics! Happy New Year to all at the Schoolhouse!
Sounds like quite the adventure!
I imagine that working in social work really just opens your eyes to all sorts of variety. It must be such a rewarding and challenging field.
BTW, I received your package in the mail! Thanks so much. That was so tremendously generous of you!
What a wonderful holiday greeting. Merry Christmas to you and yours!
I have always really liked this one. It is funny and moving.
That is an amazing painting. It is perfect for a Christmas card, too!
