4 months since my last posting. I guess my only excuse (and I hope a good one) is how much knitting I've gotten done in that time.
Christmas Presents:
Step-Daughter 1: Scarf and socks
10yr old: Double knit mittens and hat to match
4yr old: socks and scarf
soon-to-be 3 yr old: Doll blanket, socks, hat
Myself: fingerless gloves
Niece: 3/4 Shetland shawl done, just need to do 1 side of picket fence edging and sew corners. Good thing I have til Feb 28th to finish
Step-son: Baby blanket(his gf due end of January)
16 yr old: told me straight out he wouldn't use anything knitted, so I saved myself work there. (Teenage boys are sooooooooooo picky!!)
Step-Daughter 2: Only shows up when she wants something, so if we aren't worth the effort, neither is she (hope that doesn't sound too bitchy). She got a gas station gift card instead.
Also made mittens for Step-son's 2 yr old son and his girlfriends daughter.
OMG looking at that list, I realize why I haven't been on here that much!! Didn't realize how much I got done until I listed it out above!!!
My camera is on the fritz, uses the battery too quick, so I will post pics of anything I can take pictures of later after I get my new one in a week or so.
