Spent all day getting this so called easycap to work, found out eventually that it is no good for windows 7 , okay in xp and vista.
Luckily I have an xp pc as well, so installed in to that last night and it recorded 5 minutes of video , as I saved it and it did work, was getting late so left it till today.
Put in a VHS cassette this morning and found it not working-- xzzxaxzxxzxz words later , took me over an hour to find out why , missing a driver, 3 hrs later finally got what was needed -- installed that driver and its working again ,
Ran a tape for an hour and saved it ,now the zxzxzzzxzsxzsz bloody thing wont play back, so will study the help pages tomorrow
