Pie R2 ...



Strawberry-Rhubarb. After baking, allow to cool, then put in a pie saver and refrigerate. This congeals the juice. If you cut it out of the oven the juice will run and you have pie soup.

This is the bestest pie ever with ice cream.

About 2 cups, and 1/2 cup of flour. That is the sauce mix that goes into the fruit.

NICE! I think I'd even try some, usually don't eat Rhubarb, but this with the Strawberries...ummm good

Cooked rhubarb is sweet, not sour like the raw rhubarb. Totally different.

You don't need ice cream with this pie. It is perfect as is and I am going to forever crave it and be disappointed because it is there and I am here.
