My nine students captured their versions of my painting of a bunch of sunflowers. Each of the four sessions was good. Everyone enjoyed the class, I'm sure. In January and February I am doing a class painting an aspen tree scene.

When I've taken art classes, we set out to all do the same thing, and mine always ends up totally different. For example, my version of the above picture might involve purple flowers. It's not intentional, happens when I listen to my inner muse. Do art teachers hate that kind of thing?
Lovely. Wish we could see the texture of this and other recent paintings. I love the brushlines on many of the other pictures.
