
Chicken breasts (2), skillet prepared in butter, long grain and wild rice, asparagus (steamed but not limp,) then broiled in the oven with garlic and olive oil on top. Sprinkled the dish with Parmesano. Easy to make. Even easier to eat.

Asparagus is our favorites.
We have chicken breast most of the time as this give us a new meaning.
