3. I understand this because the Indians are reducing payroll and doing cash deals with teams that are going to be in the playoffs.

Meanwhile, the fans are staying away from the stadium because their team is going to lose even more games, and those who stay away and call themselves fans aren't really fans anyway, like me, who has gone to many games knowing the team would probably lose. I will always buy tickets and hot dogs because I love the smell of mown grass, Bertrand's stadium mustard and the sound of that stupid organ.
