I'm so sorry you all have had this experience. I'm no expert, Jerms, but this woman needs a supportive living setting. I think she has a serious learning/cognitive disability, in my view, and is not capable of managing her affairs, which is of course obvious. I doubt that she is willfully negligent. But, whatever, she needs to go — somewhere! Soon!

Oh dear that isn't good. Best way to put things is to the point just tell her it isn't working out like you all planned and your going to have to let her go. Hope you feel better soon
