The first posts several articles per day detailing the cartel-related violence in Mexico. It includes graphic pictures that are NOT for the faint of heart nor the weak of stomach. There is a small button entitled "Continuar Leyendo" at the bottom of each post which will take you to the full article and more pictures. Daily there are executions, murders, beheadings, etc. happening in almost every state of that beleaguered country. It makes me sad for the innocent people who suffer in the crossfire of a war between selfish and rabid cartels. Even if you don't speak fluent Spanish, you can get the gist of what the blog is about by the title.

The Borderland Beat site is much more professionally done with fewer posts. It offers a more political perspective and seems to be backed up by much more research. It is in English and appears to be written from more of an American perspective. El Blog del Narco appears to be Mexican owned and operated. If you get a chance, drop by and visit both sites and let me know what you think.
